Only 30% of the population currently report being prepared for such events, underscoring the urgency of the campaign's goals. The campaign will offer information about risks and preparation through a dedicated website. The campaign targets residents, safety regions, municipalities, and other government organizations. It encourages them to integrate risk awareness into local communications. The National Coordinator for Counterterrorism and Security (NCTV) is coordinating the campaign, collaborating with national, regional, and local governments, businesses, and community partners.
