This funding round, led by Fuel Ventures, addresses the increasing financial burden of education, particularly in the UK, where families face substantial costs. The platform addresses the rising costs of education, with annual expenses ranging from €4,000 to over €25,700 for childcare, schooling, and university, including living costs. Sencillo was founded in 2025 by Adam Amos, who previously co-founded Pigzbe, a financial literacy app. The platform provides responsible lending and clear financial visibility to empower parents.
